Services

What we inspect, test and maintain.

Each service follows the real logic of its NFPA standard — and every visit ends with a report that cites it.

Coming soon · Extinguishers · NFPA 10

Tell it the room, get the right extinguisher.

Extinguisher inspection, maintenance and hydrostatic testing are coming soon to our ITM service. Meanwhile, here is the hazard-selection tool we use: pick a room type, a size, and whether sensitive electronics are nearby to see the recommended agent and size. It is a rough size guide, not an exact NFPA area calculation.

Coming soon Kitchen hood inspection · NFPA 96 / 17A — also on the way. Tell us you need it
Fire Pumps · NFPA 25

Try the same pass/fail check a real flow test gets.

Every point in a fire pump flow test is graded in the app against NFPA 25's actual acceptance formula — not a guess. Drag the gauges below and watch it fail, then pass.

Why DAFIRE

The same inspection. Two ways to lose it.

A checklist that isn't built for the real NFPA logic of each system doesn't actually save you anything — it just moves the paperwork somewhere else.

Inspection Checklist — Central Bakery
✓ hose pressure - ok i think
✗ valve - fix ask supervisor??
corrosion on bracket — 3rd time?? cant remember last visit
Illustrative — no real client data.

One checklist per system, not one for all five

Sprinklers, fire alarm, extinguishers, kitchen hood, and fire pumps each follow their own NFPA standard's real logic — not one generic form recycled five times.

Tell it the room, get the right extinguisher

Describe the hazard — room type, fire classes present, sensitive electronics — and DAFIRE recommends or validates the agent and size against NFPA 10 Chapter 6. Most tools just log whatever's already installed. Try it above.

Works with no signal, syncs on its own

A basement or a mechanical room rarely has good signal. DAFIRE queues the inspection locally and syncs the moment connectivity returns — nothing is lost.

About

Who is behind DAFIRE

DAFIRE LLC was founded by Diego Arias, who holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a graduate specialization in Maintenance Management, and has 12 years of experience in the inspection, testing, maintenance and repair of fire alarm, fire sprinkler and fire pump systems. In the field, he saw that many inspections depended on each technician's memory and judgment, with no clear guide to what the standard requires for each system, and that many reports arrived incomplete or hard to understand, with no clear evidence of what was checked or what needed to be fixed. That is why he created DAFIRE: a tool that guides the technician, system by system, through what the applicable NFPA standard requires. In the hands of a qualified technician, it makes every DAFIRE inspection, testing and maintenance service reliable and measurable over time.
