This policy explains what information DAFIRE LLC collects through dafireapp.com, why we collect it, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Reports and records we create while performing inspection, testing and maintenance work for a client are handled separately from this website.
In short
- We collect only what you send us through the quote form or by email, plus a technical record of your IP address to stop abuse, which is deleted automatically within a few days.
- We do not sell your information, show ads, or use analytics or tracking cookies.
- A few providers (Google, Resend and ImprovMX) handle it for us. They are listed below.
- You can ask us to correct or delete it at any time: info@dafireapp.com.
Who we are
DAFIRE LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company that provides fire sprinkler, fire alarm and fire pump inspection, testing and maintenance. You can reach us using the contact details at the end of this page.
What we collect
- What you type into the quote form: your name, your building or business, your email, your phone number (optional), your city and state, the services you are asking about, and your message.
- Messages you send to info@dafireapp.com, including your email address and whatever you write.
- Technical data: when you send the form, our server sees your IP address and keeps a small technical record of it, only to limit repeated submissions and prevent abuse. That record is deleted automatically within a few days of your last submission. The services that host this website and run the form also keep standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and time of the request, under their own retention periods.
- Your language choice (English or Spanish) is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. It stays on your device.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website, and we do not collect payment information here.
How we use it
- To answer your request, prepare a quote and follow up with you.
- To schedule and carry out inspection, testing and maintenance work if you become a client.
- To tell you if our software becomes available, if you asked for early access.
- To keep the website and the form secure and to prevent abuse.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who helps us handle it
We use a few service providers that handle information on our behalf and under their own privacy policies:
- Google (Firebase and Google Fonts): hosts this website, runs the form and stores the requests you send us. When a page loads, Google Fonts also receives your IP address to deliver the typefaces.
- Resend: delivers an email notice to us each time a request arrives, which includes the details you submitted.
- Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging): sends a push notification to our staff app each time a request arrives. It includes your name and whether you wrote as a building owner or as a company.
- ImprovMX: forwards the messages sent to info@dafireapp.com to our inbox.
- Gmail (Google): our inbox, where we read and answer those messages.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
How long we keep it
We keep your requests and messages for as long as we need them to respond to you and for our business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time (see below), unless we have to keep them to meet a legal obligation.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@dafireapp.com from the email address you used, and tell us what you would like us to do. We will correct or delete what we hold in our own systems and inbox, and we will only use your contact details to deal with your request. Our providers may keep their own technical logs for a limited time under their own policies.
Security
This website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the requests you send is limited to authorized DAFIRE staff. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
This website is for building owners and managers, not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
